BE International (“BE”) would like to remind the public that BE has never engaged any third-party platform, including but not limited to Lazada, Shopee, Carousell, Qoo10, Facebook, Instagram, Lelong and mudah.com, to market or sell BE products. The official channel to purchase BE products is via BE’s authorised distributors only.

BE makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to the products not sold via its official channel, including but not limited to product authenticity, quality and conformity to local laws and standards. BE shall bear no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of such products sold on third-party platforms.  BE shall not provide warranty for any products which are not sold via official channels.

Meanwhile, any authorised distributor found to be involved in selling BE products on any third-party platform, shall be subject to a series of actions against the distributor including but not limited to suspension or termination of the distributorship and/or commencement of legal action.
